一、設備用途

1．該設備主要用于鋼絲鎧裝加銅帶氬弧焊接的海底光纜生產。

2．能滿足大長度海底光纜生產的連續性、質量的穩定性，同時具備隨時開機、停機的功能，停機后再連續焊接功能。

二、設備的主要技術規格及要求

1）電纜纜芯直徑范圍：Φ8.2mm；

2）金屬焊管外徑范圍：Φ9.4mm；

3）焊接金屬帶厚度：銅：0.6mm；

4）生產線最大速度：20m/min，變頻無級可調；

5）最大牽引力：3T；Themaximumtraction：3T；

6）焊接方式：直流，高頻引弧。

7）焊接電流可調范圍：20～300A。

8）焊接與牽引同步控制，可隨意停機后再起動，焊縫具有連續性。

9）設備裝機容量：85KVA，正常運行時小于50KVA。

1. Application

1.1 This line can be used for sheathing submarine optic fiber cable by TIG welded metal pipe, and also can be combined with High speed Steel wire Armoring machine to be tandem line, to produce the Submarine Optic Fiber Cable (SSLT with optic fiber core, max. OD φ15mm, PE jacketing with steel wire armoring and TIG welded copperpipe)

1.2 When tandem running with high speed armoring machine, the length of 100KM can be produced continuously, with stable quality. It also has the function to repair if any missing welding point, as well as start-up, stop freely, and the line can weld continuously afterre-start.

1.3 One more layer of copper pipe could be welded on SSLT. This line can draw the pipe to reduce diameter too.
